Complaint and Content Removal Policy & Procedures
introduction

Dream Bigger prioritizes user safety and legal compliance on feelwildlyalive.com ("FWA"). All content published on FWA is created directly by Janelle Orion and/or Barbara Penningroth ("GiGi"), along with verified guest performers, each of whom completes identity and age verification (18+ minimum) as described in Dream Bigger's Content Moderation & Safety Policy. This policy outlines how Dream Bigger handles complaints regarding illegal or unauthorized content, and complaints from individuals depicted in content who wish to dispute consent.

Reporting Illegal/Unauthorized Content

FWA does not have a dedicated "Report Content" link, since the platform does not host third-party or user-uploaded content. Reports, complaints, or concerns about any content — including claims of illegal content or content depicting an individual without consent — can be submitted directly to support@feelwildlyalive.com.

Complaint Review and Resolution
  • Timeline: All complaints are reviewed and addressed within 5 business days, with a response explaining the action taken.

  • Immediate Removal: Dream Bigger prioritizes user safety and legal compliance by immediately removing any content confirmed to be illegal or unauthorized.

  • Reviewer: All complaints are reviewed directly by Janelle Orion, Founder and Custodian of Records for FWA.

Procedure
Initial Triage

Upon receiving a report by email, Janelle Orion reviews:

  • Reporter information (if provided)

  • Description of the content in question, including a link

  • Claimed basis for the complaint (e.g., illegal content, lack of consent)

  • Any additional information provided

Verification
  • Content verification: The reported content is located and reviewed directly, since all FWA content is hosted and controlled by Dream Bigger.

  • Consent/rights verification: Because every performer appearing on FWA — Janelle Orion, Barbara Penningroth, and any guest performer — has signed consent and model release documentation on file prior to production, this documentation is checked directly against the complaint.

Action
  • Illegal content: If content is verified as illegal, it is removed immediately, and the matter is escalated to legal counsel for evaluation, including potential law enforcement involvement where appropriate.

  • Consent dispute: If a depicted individual disputes consent, the matter proceeds to the Appeal Process below.

  • Unclear verification: The reporter may be contacted for clarification.

  • Invalid report: The reporter may be notified, with an explanation, where appropriate.

Appeal Process (Consent Claims)

Individuals depicted in FWA content may appeal on the basis of lack of consent:

  • Appeal submission: Contact support@feelwildlyalive.com with a clear explanation and a link or reference to the content in question.

  • Verification: Dream Bigger attempts to verify the appellant's identity (e.g., comparing valid ID to the individual depicted).

  • Content review: Janelle Orion reviews the content alongside the appeal and the signed consent and model release documentation on file for that content.

Appeal outcome (within 5 business days):

  • Consent confirmed: The content remains live, and the appellant is notified, with reference to the documentation on file.

  • Consent not established: If valid consent cannot be established, or the individual demonstrates that consent is void under applicable law, the content is removed immediately.

  • Disagreement on consent validity: If Dream Bigger disagrees with a claim that consent is void under applicable law, Dream Bigger will offer to resolve the disagreement through a neutral third-party mediator.

Record Keeping

Dream Bigger maintains a record of reported incidents, including:

  • Date and time of report

  • Reporter information (if provided)

  • Description of reported content

  • Actions taken

Legal Considerations

Complex situations or legal disputes are escalated to legal counsel, who will determine the appropriate course of action, including potential law enforcement involvement.

Reporting to Payment Providers (e.g., Card Acquirers)

Dream Bigger reviews flagged content, removals, and complaints on a monthly basis for reporting to Segpay and other acquirers.

  • Reports are uploaded via the Segpay Merchant Portal by the 5th of each month, detailing any flagged content, removals, and complaints from the prior month.

  • A "Nil Report" is submitted if no content was flagged during that period.

This policy reflects Dream Bigger's commitment to a safe and legal environment on FWA for all visitors and depicted individuals.
