Law Enforcement Policy and Procedures
Policy Statement

Dream Bigger ("the Company") is committed to cooperating with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Company aims to balance its legal obligations with the protection of user privacy and data. This policy outlines the Company's current approach to handling law enforcement requests and may be adapted depending on applicable legal requirements.

General Principles
  • Legal Sufficiency: The Company only discloses non-public information upon receipt of a valid, written legal request (e.g., a warrant, subpoena, or court order) issued by a competent authority.

  • Compliance with Applicable Law: All disclosures are made in accordance with relevant data protection and privacy laws.

  • Data Preservation: Upon receipt of a valid request, the Company may take reasonable steps to preserve existing data for a limited period, pending receipt of formal legal process. Data preservation does not imply disclosure.

  • Right to Refuse or Narrow Requests: The Company reserves the right to challenge, refuse, or request clarification for any request that is incomplete, invalid, or disproportionate. The Company provides only data that is technically available to it and does not create or reconstruct data in response to requests.

  • Proactive Safety: In accordance with card scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard), the Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), non-consensual content, and human trafficking.

  • Emergency Disclosure: The Company reserves the right to disclose information without a formal warrant in rare, exigent circumstances involving an imminent threat of death or serious physical injury, where permitted by applicable law.

  • Proactive Risk Monitoring: The Company reviews all content prior to publication and maintains identity/consent verification for every performer, as described in its Content Moderation & Safety Policy. Where suspected illegal activity is identified, it may be reported to relevant authorities.

What Data the Company Can Access and Disclose
  • Purchase/billing data: The Company does not process or store payment card data directly. Payments are processed by Segpay. Through the Segpay Merchant Portal, the Company can look up and access a consumer's billing name, email address on file, and a masked (partial) credit card number associated with a specific purchase, transaction ID, or purchase ID. The Company cannot access a consumer's full, unmasked card number.

  • Performer records: Identity and age verification records, and signed consent/model release documentation, for Janelle Orion, Barbara Penningroth, and any guest performer, retained under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

  • Newsletter/contact data: Email addresses and names of newsletter subscribers (via Mailchimp) and information submitted through website contact forms.

  • Content storage: Video files stored via Bunny.net

The Company discloses only the categories of data described above, to the extent technically available, and only in response to a valid legal request as described in Section 2.

Submission & Verification
  • Requests must be submitted through official channels to support@feelwildlyalive.com, and must originate from a competent authority with appropriate jurisdiction or governmental authority.

  • The Company verifies the authenticity of the request and the authority of the requesting entity prior to any data disclosure.

  • Requests are reviewed directly by Janelle Orion, who will engage legal counsel where necessary.

Content Review Process

Dream Bigger does not use automated or AI-based monitoring technology to detect coercion or duress. Instead, every piece of content is personally reviewed by Janelle Orion, as Custodian of Records, prior to publication, as described in Dream Bigger's Content Moderation & Safety Policy. Any indicators of concern identified during this review, or raised through a report or appeal, are investigated directly and reported to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
